Overview
There are several reasons for offering DTFMate Cleaning and Flushing Solution, which are as follows:

• Ink Switch Over -Since so many resellers are switching from other inks to DTFMate Ink, we recognized a need to introduce our own cleaning and flushing solution. Prior to introducing our DTFMate ink into a printer, it is essential to flush and clean the system with our solution so that the any other inks do not interact with our ink. Also, we would recommend changing the pads since we do not know whether our ink is compatible with other inks or cleaning solutions.

• Capping Station Moistener - Our cleaning and flushing solution is intended to be used in the capping station so that it can assist in keeping a print head moist. The capping station contains a sponge or other absorbent material that is soaked with a cleaning solution, which is used to clean the print head and keep it moist when the printer is not in use.

• Optimum Performance - Our cleaning and flushing solution has the exact physical properties of our ink so compatibility is ensured with both CMYK and White. Using our solution is of great importance for achieving optimal performance and will assure users that there should be no issues with continuous printing.

STEP 1
Print the DTF-Mate Film Using Our DTF-Mate Inks with Any DTF Direct-to-Film Printing System.

STEP 2
Apply DTF-Mate Powder Over Wet and Newly Printed Imaged Film. Ensure Powder Covers Entire Image.

STEP 3
Melt Powder Under Any Swing-Away Heat Press at Recommended Time and Temperature.
Note: Recommended Heat Press Type is Swing-Away

STEP 4
Heat Press Design to Your Fabric and Remove the Film Backing and Let it Cool.
