Overview
As many are aware, the direct-to-film (DTF) market is exploding. Most of the DTF systems are being imported from Asia and include components that may be substandard, may cost too much for shipping or may have high purchase requirements. With the launch of GO's DTF▪Mate DTF Ink, InkJetBiz (IJB) is addressing all of these challenges. Our ink is manufactured by our sister company Prism Inks in Sunnyvale, California, USA and is available in small or large quantities for quick shipments.

GO DTF▪Mate™ Ink was developed by the R&D labs at Prism Inks, our sister company. Currently we offer five colors which are cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white. This ink was developed specifically for the latest TFP i800, i1600 or i3200 Printheads.

Although the washability of our images is good with any DTF film or DTF powder, the longevity and scrub resistance are far better when our DTF▪Mate Inks are combined with our DTF▪Mate Powder and DTF▪Mate Film.

Unlike other DTF inks, if a user is imaging on white t-shirts there is no need to lay down a white ink pass which means imaging is less expensive with our DTF ink. Density and white ink usage can be further controlled with the use of GO’s ColorMate DTF MAC and PC based RIP software.

Create DTF Transfers In Four Easy Steps

STEP 1
Print the DTF-Mate Film Using Our DTF-Mate Inks with Any DTF Direct-to-Film Printing System.

 STEP 2
Apply GO DTF-Mate Powder Over Wet and Newly Printed Imaged Film. Ensure Powder Covers Entire Image.

 STEP 3
Melt Powder Under Any Swing-Away Heat Press at Recommended Time and Temperature.
Note: Recommended Heat Press Type is Swing-Away

 STEP 4
Heat Press Design to Your Fabric and Remove the Film Backing and Let it Cool.
