Overview
DTF has rapidly gained popularity in digital imaging, but many have requested a way of combining DTF-type output and sublimation. InkJetBiz (IJB) has the answer with the introduction of its new Hybrid System (All-in-One DTF and Dye Sublimation).

The IJB Hybrid Lite system utilizes a hybrid ink to print on film for a process similar to DTF, and also prints on dye sub paper for traditional dye sublimation output, and the results are impressively stunning! This new system is brilliant, as users get two capabilities in one: IJB Hybrid images to virtually all fabrics along with traditional sublimation, including all hard goods. The best part of this system is that only one ink is required for both processes, and it is simple to change dye sublimation paper to film.

Create DTF Transfers In Four Easy Steps

STEP 1
Print the Hybrid Film Using Our Hybrid DX Inks with IJB's Hybrid Lite System.

STEP 2
Apply IJB Hybrid Powder Over Wet and Newly Printed Imaged Film. Ensure Powder Covers Entire Image.

STEP 3
Melt Powder Under Any Swing-Away Heat Press at Recommended Time and Temperature.
Note: The recommended Heat Press Type is Swing-Away

STEP 4
Heat Press Design to Your Fabric and Remove the Film Backing and Let it Cool.
