GO SubliMate™ DX Dye Sub Ink with Self Dispersing Ink Technology--COMING SOON
There are two gold-plated DX piezo printheads mounted in a staggered arrangement, each supplying eight channels of ink. Our SubliMate™ Dye Sub Ink has been specially formulated for the printheads being used by the ValueJet 2638WX. Imaging up to 1440×1440 dpi, the combination of GO SubliMate™ ink and Mutoh’s DX printheads are a potent combination that provides incredibly rich blacks along with a color gamut not offered by other ink providers.

The new Self-Dispersing ink technology is now part of the GO SubliMate™ dye sublimation ink product line for DX printheads. The significance of self-dispersing particles is that the dye sub particles repel one another and as a result materially increase jetting reliability, image quality, shelf life and color consistency. Traditional dye sub inks have particles that over a period of time, start to combine and eventually cause nozzle dropouts, or worse, complete clogging of the printhead.
