COVID- 19 (Corona Virus Update)
Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to protect the health and safety of both you and our associates. While all effort is made to ship the orders on the same day. In some cases, there may be delays due to number of orders pending or items out of stock. We will also make all efforts to keep you informed. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

If you need your products by a specific date, please notify us by phone at (408) 394-7595 and we will do everything that we can to accommodate the request. IJB ships to any locations where UPS or FedEx can deliver.

Most items are shipped free of charge. Free shipping only applies to items over $199.00 shipped via standard UPS or FedEx ground shipping. Free shipping over $199.00 only applies to contiguous US. The contiguous US does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the US. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days.

Freight: All items shipped are F.O.B. warehouse, unless otherwise noted. On most items the shipment is free. Free shipment is a service we provide to reduce the cost for the buyer. Regardless of whether we pay for shipping, once the Freight is on Board, the ownership of the goods purchased is transferred to the buyer, as it leaves our warehouse. We purchase insurance on all shipments and will assist you in filing a claim with the freight carrier. All funds received from the freight carrier, will be sent to the buyer. BUYERS MUST TAKE PICTURE(S) IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL AND ALSO NOTE ON THE PAPERWORK BROUGHT BY THE FREIGHT COMPANY AT THE TIME PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED. Special handling charges may apply, like Liftgate.

Items that require freight truck shipping will be charged at checkout, FOB Sunnyvale, California. Please contact us via email and/or phone should you have additional shipping service(s) requirements such as lift gate or appointment delivery. It may be arranged if requested and paid for.

We will only ship to your billing address linked to the credit card unless you authorize the requested shipping address. Additional verification documents may be requested such as Resellers Certificate, Driver License, etc. Your order will not be shipped and held until we can authorize the mismatched address. We will attempt to contact you via email and/or phone to resolve these issues. Please ensure that all contact information is up to date on your account/order profile. Any order whose shipping address is different from the billing address of purchasing credit card will be subject to authorization procedures.

Once your package leaves IJB warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can click that tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account and clicking on the "My Orders" link.
